All storage is housed at one of our three facilities: Earth City, MO; Hazelwood, MO; or O’Fallon, IL. The location is generally determined by the origin of the pickup and type of shipment being stored.

Our warehouses accommodate military, commercial, and civilian household shipments. While most of our commercial shipments are stored at our commercial warehouse in Hazelwood, a select few are kept in our main warehouses. Rest assured, all shipments are securely stored.

All household and military shipments are securely stored in labeled, tracked storage vaults, each kept separate in a designated area. Each shipment is isolated to prevent interaction with others.

Accessing the storage vaults in our warehouse involves more steps than a typical public storage facility due to the way they are stacked. To access your vault(s), you’ll need to schedule an appointment with your move coordinator. Please note that access fees apply, which will vary depending on the amount of assistance required and how long you expect to be on-site. We ask that you give at least a week’s notice to allow our warehouse team enough time to retrieve your vaults from the storage area and bring them to the warehouse floor.

Yes and no. In a literal sense, the temperature in the warehouse is influenced by the outside climate. So, if it’s hot outside, the warehouse will be hot, and if it’s cold, the warehouse will follow suit. Our facilities do have fans and heaters which run when needed.  The temperatures don’t typically reach extreme levels since we have crews working in the warehouse daily, but they’re not maintained at a constant temperature year-round. We do have a climate-controlled room for storing certain items, but it doesn’t accommodate entire shipments. This type of storage is available upon request and comes with an additional storage fee.

Feel free to store your items with us for as long as long as you need.  We’ve had customers who’ve stayed for just a few weeks, and others who’ve been with us for over a decade.
