To ensure efficiency and transparency, we apply a one-hour travel fee to each move. This fee accounts for the moving crew’s time and fuel required to travel to the pickup location, as well as the return trip to our office from the client’s drop-off destination after the move is complete.
Comprehensive and Inclusive Rates
Our pricing structure is all-inclusive, covering the following:
Necessary insurance for peace of mind
Professional-grade equipment
Disassembly and reassembly of furniture
Individual quilt wrapping for all furnishings
Protective measures for hardwood floors to prevent damage
Minimum Service Time
We require a two-hour minimum service time in addition to the one-hour travel fee. This ensures a total minimum of three hours for every moving job.
Hourly Rate Policy
The hourly rates begin when our crew arrives at the client’s pickup location and continue until the move is completed at the client’s new home. This includes the time spent driving between the two residences.
Seasonal Rate Adjustments
Please note that our rates are subject to adjustments based on seasonal demand. Rates may increase during peak seasons and decrease during non-peak times.

Do you work with the building contacts to make sure everything is set up for the move?
Yes, our local move coordinator will coordinate with your senior living facility to ensure that elevator and loading dock reservations, insurance certificates, and any other necessary requirements are all arranged before moving day.
Can you take care of packing anything I haven't finished?
We’re happy to arrange packing services before your move begins. If needed, we can also assist with packing any remaining items on loading day. Please note that this may increase the cost based on the volume and type of items packed, but our crew is always ready to accommodate your packing needs.
Will you help unpack my boxes and take them away?
We do offer unpacking services! Please note that this service includes unpacking your items and placing them on a nearby flat surface, such as a table, counter, or bed. It does not include putting the items away. We recommend organizing and putting away your belongings as they are unpacked. If you would like assistance with putting your items away, we can certainly arrange that as well—just let your estimator know you’d like this additional service.
Do you require a deposit? When do I pay?
No deposit is required. Payment must be confirmed at least one day before the move. Any additional charges for extra services or time will be billed separately after the move is finished. Similarly, if any refunds are due, they will be processed once the move is complete.
What time will the packers/driver arrive on move dates?
Your move coordinator will provide a two-hour time window the afternoon before services are scheduled to begin. This allows you to plan accordingly and ensures that you have a clear understanding of when the moving team will arrive.
